Booking Notice for Studio Headshots & Portraits Cancellation/Changes for Studio Headshots & Portraits: Will Reintzell Photography requires a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to studio headshot & portrait bookings. If you cancel, change your session time (without giving 24 hours' notice), or arrive more than 20 minutes late for a studio headshot or portrait session, your initial payment will be retained. Cancellation/Changes for Makeup/Hairstylist Services: Will Reintzell Photography requires a minimum 48-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to hair/makeup services. If you cancel, change your hair/makeup time (without 48 hours' notice), or arrive more than 20 minutes late for hair/makeup service, your hair/makeup initial payment will be retained. Model Release: Will Reintzell Photography reserves the right to use the images taken for our website and promotional purposes. However, if you prefer that your images not be used for such purposes, you can email us at info@willreintzell.com. Images: The number of images given to the client depends on the package chosen. Additional retouched images are $75 each. Unedited or RAW images may also be purchased. Please contact us for pricing. *A contract will be provided for on-location photoshoots.
